Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Product Manager, who will have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for developing our product & vision and adding real value to our business and customer experience. Working with us means to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate. Your work will impact thousands of people each day, so being passionate about the things we do is a fundamental ingredient for succeeding in this role.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders – including engineering, design, and customer success – to plan, conceptualize and oversee the successful development and launch of new product features. You will be working in an Agile environment to continually review customer business needs, identify opportunities, create a roadmap of outcomes, refine priorities to achieve those outcomes, and outline development milestones. Also, you will be responsible for tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to the product.

What you need to bring alone

Essential

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Product Manager (in a B2B or B2C company – a big advantage for both!);
  • A deep practical understanding of agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle;
  • Experience with backlog management tools such as Jira/ Confluence;
  • Experience developing epics, user stories, technical requirements, QA flows, and ensuring all scenarios are handled;
  • Close attention to detail and knowledge of techniques required to breakdown complex problems into smaller deliverables;
  • An understanding of qualitative research techniques and the ability to deploy methodologies to suit diverse audience types;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to ensure commitments are both commercial and realistic, re-negotiating where needed;
  • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in English  – able to present information in a clear manner.

Preferred

  • Knowledge and/or experience of the digital staffing industry;
  • Experience as a software developer is a significant advantage;
  • Experience in innovative, start-up environments;
  • Experience in conducting market analysis (global markets);
  • Higher academic degree in engineering, economics, or another suitable field;
