What you need to bring alone?
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
- Experience with coding using Java and scripting languages such as JavaScript or similar.
- Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
- Experience with the Atlassian stack (JIRA and Confluence).
- Experience with TestRail or similar test management tool.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience in working with Postman (API testing) is an advantage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a big plus.
Your regular activities:
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools (ex. Selenium, Appium)
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
- Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
